About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fuel Contract Manager to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer contracts, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, and maximizing contract value.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Lead engineer role for major nuclear fuel delivery activities, including order implementation, control, and resolution of technical problems.
  • Financial responsibility for customer billing plans, invoices, and revenue recognition.
  • Generate and maintain customer scorecards, tracking contract execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of nuclear fuel contracts, products, and services, with ability to integrate product and service capabilities.
  • Lead engineer responsibility for assigned customers, resolving scope, warranty, product, or technological deficiencies, suspense, and cost/scheduler conflicts.
  • Prepare and issue job order documents, including region orders, contract and technical data, and utility requirements documents.
  • Communicate reload status and issues to customers, building strong relationships with customer counterparts.
  • Support account teams with proposal/contract preparations, customer presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Facilitate assignment of nuclear fuel product line engineering resources for routine and emergency technical situations.
  • Manage contracts with regard to schedule and billing plan using SAP, ENOVIA, EDMS, and other tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, engineering preferred.
  • 6-10 years experience in product line/engineering/marketing/projects organizations or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of nuclear fuel and components manufacturing, core and reload engineering, NF products and services, commercial operations, financial planning, and strategic objectives.
  • Experience using SAP, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word, EDMS (Webtop) or similar tools.
  • Ability to communicate deliverables status, issues, and Westinghouse technical position to customers, building strong relationships with customer counterparts.
  • Available for minimal travel in the US and sometimes internationally.
