About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at the Hermès Seattle Boutique. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales and customer service objectives while adhering to the operational asset protection standards of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while working as part of a team to achieve the boutique's collective target.
  • Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support the sales effort and overall customer experience.
  • Ensure all items are stored at all times and maintain the selling floor to meet standards, including straightening, filling in, and replenishment of new receipts following VM guidelines.
  • Provide assistance as needed in inventory preparation and process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts, CRM files, and administrative support of after-sales service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times and comply with all asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, and key control and merchandise security.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
  • Even-tempered with the ability to continuously multi-task.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and open availability to accommodate the needs of the business.
