Job OpportunityAt The Widroe Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our company's systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of software projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design and implement software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on software development best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software development processes.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively with operational teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
  • Manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented software development principles.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Stack or AWS development platforms.
  • Knowledge of building applications and user interfaces, as well as databases.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Salary Range: $98,000 - $125,000/Year, DOE.
Education

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. Alternatively, three years of directly relevant software development experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
