We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our eSignature team at Zions Bancorporation. As a key member of our agile team, you will have the opportunity to work with various business and technology stakeholders to design, build, and maintain digital signature solutions for departments across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders for requirements gathering and process building and documentation.
  • Collaborate with DocuSign Partners and business stakeholders to design, build, and troubleshoot custom eSignature solutions.
  • Perform application monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting and assist users with access provisioning and support requests.
  • Facilitate change requests and assist with pre- and post-change testing.
  • Understand software and API integrations and coordinate with developers on new and modified integrations between DocuSign and various endpoints.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, etc. or other directly related experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • Solid troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to elicit, gather, and analyze requirements.
  • General knowledge of business systems and applications, incident, change, and system management.
  • Knowledge and experience working in Agile methodologies, including Kanban.
