As an HR Operations Specialist, you will contribute to a dynamic and innovative team, playing a vital role in implementing our people strategies, delivering outstanding internal support, and enhancing HR processes and efficiencies.

Note: This position requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR department in executing various HR programs and policies for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR records by documenting new hires, transfers, terminations, and other personnel changes; perform data entry into HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with Form I-9 and E-Verify regulations, conducting audits to verify employee work authorization.
  • Manage separation notices and unemployment claims processing.
  • Act as a trusted partner and point of contact for assigned client groups, addressing HR-related needs and collaborating with management to develop effective solutions.
  • Assist in the completion of employment verification requests for current and former employees.
  • Uphold confidentiality while managing personnel information.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects as assigned.
  • Attend administrative meetings and relevant seminars as required.
  • Maintain department organization charts and employee directories.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources; proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems is essential.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables), Outlook, and general office software; ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of office procedures and the ability to continuously update skills.
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and editing proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a professional demeanor with a commitment to diversity and equality.
  • Outstanding organizational skills; capable of managing multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
