Intensive Care Unit Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Mass General Brigham in Lynn, Massachusetts.
Job Description:The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for managing all aspects of patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Med/Surg/Tele experience and a valid/current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and ACLS certification is also a plus.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assess and manage patient conditions, including life-threatening emergencies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment
