Project Manager for Sera Products

About the Role
We are seeking a multifaceted individual for the role of Project Manager for Sera Products, which demands a strong emphasis on global project management, reporting, business sense, and knowledge of supply chain management, product management, and finance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with serum products and will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects related to the development, improvement, and distribution of Sera products.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects related to the development, improvement, and distribution of Sera products.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Associate Project Managers, Customer/Technical Service Representatives, Operations team members, product development, marketing, sales, and supply chain, to develop timelines for special projects and ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Streamline processes to remove barriers and improve the customer experience.
- Find opportunities to improve processes and implement proven methods in project management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build detailed project plans, including timelines, and risk management strategies, to be shared with clients and internal teams.
- Apply appropriate tools and techniques to measure performance. Report and raise issues to management as needed. Provide regular status reports to senior management and other team members.
- Maintain and manage relationships with clients, facilitating effective communication and partnership. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
- Collaborate with technical guides to identify and understand the functional components of the customer's processes. Align the appropriate Thermo Fisher resources and team members to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in Life Sciences or related industries.
- Knowledge of Sera products and the market is helpful.
