About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Facilitator to join our team at Seneca Family of Agencies. As a Bilingual Facilitator, you will play a critical role in providing family-centered and strength-based services to children and families with complex and enduring needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings, including preparing for the meeting, coordinating attendance, and writing meeting notes.
  • Provide clinical case management and coordination of care, collaborating with county and community agency partners.
  • Intervene with clients' behavior management programs and provide crisis management as needed.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, or Master's degree in Human Services or related field.
  • 4 years of experience working with children and families in a mental health setting, or 2 years of experience with a Master's degree.
  • Certified or eligible to obtain a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS) credential.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • Valid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policy.
