About the Role

Seneca Family of Agencies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Mental Health Professional to join our team as a Wraparound Facilitator. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Child and Family Planning Meetings, providing clinical case management, and collaborating with county and community agency partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings, including preparing for the meeting, coordinating attendance, and writing meeting notes.
  • Provide clinical case management and coordination of care for clients with complex and enduring needs.
  • Collaborate with county and community agency partners, including county social workers, probation officers, outside therapists, and psychiatrists.
  • Intervene with clients' behavior management programs and provide crisis management as needed.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and other documentation in a thorough and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, or Master's degree in Human Services or related field.
  • 4 years of experience working with children and youth with complex and enduring needs in a mental health setting.
  • Must be certified or eligible to obtain a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS) credential.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • Valid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policy.
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with youth in out-of-home care.
