Patient Care Associate

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Technician to join our team at US Renal Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe and effective operation of dialysis equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients with renal failure.
- Machine Preparation: Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, clean and disinfect machines after treatment, and conduct machine safety checks and log results for quality control.
- Safety and Quality: Use appropriate safety measures, including personal protective equipment, adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws and regulations, and participate in all required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
