Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Indigo Real Estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring that our properties are safe and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Inspect buildings and grounds to identify potential safety hazards and take corrective action.
- Work with outside contractors as needed to complete maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a positive living experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance.
- Painting experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
