Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our store by fostering a customer-centric environment, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including personalized service, product recommendations, and creating an engaging visual environment.
  • Team Development: Guide and support the team to achieve store goals, provide timely and specific feedback, and create a culture of accountability.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including sales forecasting, scheduling, and payroll, to ensure effective zone chart management.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with key partners to execute shipment processing, restocking, and product placement, while maintaining visual and display standards.
  • Communication: Lead with an inclusive philosophy, engage employees, and ensure important company information reaches all levels of the team.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1+ years of store leadership experience.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Continuous Learning: Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
