Healthcare Contracting Specialist

VillageCare is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager, Contracting to join our team. As a key member of our Network Contracting Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping health plan agreements and ensuring quality and excellence in healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of contracts, manage templates, and oversee amendments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Submit contracts to the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for rate updates, perform quality assurance in FACETS, and actively support various Network Management projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation in LinkSquares/Salesforce, oversee contract terminations, and support initiatives like Minimum Wage and Wage Parity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a health-related field, preferably in contracting and network development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and a solid understanding of healthcare contracting, including the ability to redline contracts and facilitate amendments effectively.
- Experience in analyzing and utilizing data to drive network development initiatives, along with a comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory framework governing network adequacy for Medicare and Medicaid health plans.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $102,000 to $115,000.
