About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for community health and a strong desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing direct care to assigned patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and advocating for patients' needs. Your expertise will help ensure seamless transitions from one level of care to another, promoting continuity and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provides direct care to patients in the acute inpatient setting, consistent with established nursing plans
* Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans, prioritizing patients' needs and preferences
* Advocates for patients' rights, dignity, and cultural sensitivity
* Delegates tasks effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization and minimizing risks
* Participates in performance improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and implementing evidence-based practices

Requirements:
* Associate's Degree in Nursing (or higher)
* South Carolina RN licensure
* 1 year of registered nurse experience (or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program)
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
