Position Overview
The Bankruptcy Group is well-equipped to manage complex insolvency cases.
We have recently established a team that enhances our lender-side finance practice, representing leading clients in the industry.
We ensure an equitable distribution of work while offering significant opportunities for professional growth, development, and client engagement.With the expansion of our practice, there are numerous avenues for advancement, secondments, and in-house placements. We seek an associate with a solid grasp of secured creditor restructuring.
Ideal candidates will possess experience in large law firm finance, advising various lenders, ad hoc groups, and creditor constituencies in mid and upper market club and syndicated transactions.
