Schedule:

The Security Teams at Wind Creek Hospitality operate continuously, seven days a week. Shift assignments are based on organizational needs, which may include weekends and holidays to ensure operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to phone calls and radio communications for various needs, including medical emergencies and urgent situations
  • Manage radio network operations and direct responses in accordance with established protocols
  • Confirm authorization for non-team member access to restricted areas
  • Oversee CCTV surveillance and manage lost and found items
  • Document incidents, maintain vehicle keys, and efficiently handle alarm systems
  • Collaborate with internal and external entities during emergencies
  • Execute other assigned tasks as necessary
Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED is required; enrollment and completion of a GED program within six months may be considered
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years
  • Prior experience in security dispatching, law enforcement, or corrections is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with a minimum skills test pass rate of 70%
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a minimum skills test pass rate of 70%
  • Participation in a panel interview and realistic job preview is required
  • Completion of security incident and written skills assessments with a pass rate of at least 70% is mandatory
  • Additional attributes such as customer service experience, TIPS and Title#31 certification, and flexibility in work hours are advantageous
  • Must be willing to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License and work in a casino environment
