Position Overview

The Account Administrator is essential in assisting the Employee Benefits Team at our Lubbock branch, collaborating closely with Account Managers and/or Account Executives to ensure efficient operations and superior client support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate carrier implementation and manage renewal processes
  • Oversee daily service account inquiries
  • Develop and maintain monthly reporting packages and renewal documentation
  • Assist in the creation of client materials
  • Process eligibility modifications and establish client invoicing
  • Manage local office and departmental administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Preferred 2 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree required in lieu of experience
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology
  • Willingness to learn and advance in the employee benefits sector
