Position Overview
The Account Administrator is essential in assisting the Employee Benefits Team at our Lubbock branch, collaborating closely with Account Managers and/or Account Executives to ensure efficient operations and superior client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate carrier implementation and manage renewal processes
- Oversee daily service account inquiries
- Develop and maintain monthly reporting packages and renewal documentation
- Assist in the creation of client materials
- Process eligibility modifications and establish client invoicing
- Manage local office and departmental administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Preferred 2 years of administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree required in lieu of experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology
- Willingness to learn and advance in the employee benefits sector
