Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Carrols Restaurant Group. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant facilities by performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and complete needed repairs in a timely and efficient manner to minimize disruptions to customer service and restaurant operations.
  • Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
  • Develop a work schedule to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
