Key Responsibilities:

  • Embrace and promote the mission, vision, and values of PCRK Group and its partners.
  • Ensure optimal performance across all operational areas, focusing on key metrics such as member growth, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee staffing levels in all departments to guarantee adequate coverage.
  • Mentor and retrain team members who may be struggling to meet sales and service standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing, training, and documentation requirements as mandated by state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Engage in company-wide and regional meetings to stay aligned with organizational goals.
  • Continuously develop the team’s soft skills and business knowledge to enhance their professional growth.
  • Address customer service challenges while identifying and rectifying systemic issues within the organization.
  • Champion the introduction of new products, services, and initiatives.
  • Manage payroll processing and inventory oversight for the location.
  • Review financial reports and inventory data to identify errors and opportunities for improved profitability.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and collaborate with leadership to address performance issues and celebrate successes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
