Job Summary:

The Administrative Office of the Courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Supervisor to oversee the management of grants awarded to the Department of Specialty Courts. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all grant project goals and activities
Review grant solicitations and complete requests for grant application approval
Assist in implementing awarded grants and monitoring compliance with original grant applications
Research available grants and assist in writing grant applications
Develop annual proposals for new or continuing grants
Draft letters of support and review grant reports
Assist programs in monitoring budgets and expenditures and report to management
Monitor grant regulations and grantor restrictions
Provide technical assistance and outreach to programs
Act as liaison between contractual parties and program operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
1 year experience in grants preferred
Substitute education for experience: Associates Degree with 3 years job-related experience or High School Degree with 5 years job-related experience
