Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct bridges, dams, hydro-structures, bulkhead walls, roadways, and marine structures to enable critical transportation and emergency response.
  • Build a wide range of incredible structures using various tools and equipment.
  • Work with project management and engineering teams to ensure accurate construction execution.
  • Construct sturdy and structurally sound wood/metal frameworks, concrete forms, and other wood structures.
  • Create aesthetically pleasing concrete structures by placing concrete into forms.
  • Ensure the integrity of wooden structures through inspection and repair.
  • Enhance workflow by managing and replenishing materials.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with Project Foremen, Crane Operators, Helpers, and other skilled crafts persons.
  • Protect worker health and well-being by prioritizing a safe work environment and upholding regulatory compliance.
  • Preserve tool functionality, condition, and lifespan through proper storage and maintenance.
