About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to close out, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Project Managers and Superintendents on site
* Prepare punch lists
* Management of Field Personnel
* Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of project
* Maintain positive relationship with Owners, Engineers, and Design Consultants
* Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance
* Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
* Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs
Requirements:
* Experience in Interior/Renovation/TI
* Experience with MOB, Restaurant, Retail, or Office projects preferred
* Traveling will be required (Southeast)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Stable work record
* Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
