Position Overview:
The OneStream Application Specialist will oversee the daily operations, implementation, and enhancement of the OneStream application.

This role will deliver a comprehensive range of data, reporting, and system support to OneStream users and will collaborate closely with the IT department.

This position ensures the effective utilization and adoption of the OneStream application by providing technical assistance, delivering enhancements, and managing ongoing implementation phases.

The OneStream Application Specialist will advocate for the OneStream platform, data integrations, build activities, and report development. This role will also facilitate user adoption and training for the global finance team.

Furthermore, this position will drive process enhancements related to month-end closing, reporting, and planning activities by leveraging OneStream technology and implementing best practices.

This role will report to the Director of Financial Systems.

Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Lead OneStream application build tasks and activities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to functional and development teams for new implementations, enhancements, and support
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and build using tools on the OneStream Platform
- Maintain and create API connections with internal IT and external vendors to support Financial Consolidations and ESG reporting
- Follow OneStream security administration protocols to secure metadata, user access, and establish controls over entity structures, data translations, chart of accounts, and reporting
- Evaluate and execute OneStream platform upgrades and communicate impacts; create test plans and perform functional testing within OneStream
- Maintain and enhance OneStream business rules and member formulas to support complex consolidation and reporting requirements
- Evaluate and build logical views, data hierarchies, and reporting structures; build and maintain dashboards and cube views in OneStream
- Manage relationships with IT and serve as an advocate for OneStream users; liaise with OneStream customer support and external implementation teams
- Train and mentor functional and technical team members in gaining expertise on OneStream tools/technologies and methodologies; build and maintain comprehensive process documentation
- Manage ad-hoc business requests for data extraction and analysis
- Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in reporting implementation for multinational businesses
- 4+ years of experience working in OneStream, Hyperion, or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- 4+ years of experience with accounting and financial consolidation and reporting concepts
- NET/C#, SQL coding experience
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of US GAAP accounting standards
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Must be detail-oriented, highly accurate, conscientious, and creative
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
