Seeking a Dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Incendia Partners in the Boston area. This is a full-time position, with flexible hours of 32-40 hours per week. Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 5pm and Fridays from 7:30am to 4pm.

We offer a competitive salary of $50-$60 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, health insurance, in-office dental coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Responsibilities:
  • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including Prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planning, and Perio Charting.
  • Take digital X-rays with the Schick system as required.
  • Maintain and sterilize dental equipment.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
  • Document patient treatment records accurately and timely in the EHR system.
  • Assist the dentist with clinical procedures as needed.
  • Maintain infection control protocols as per OSHA guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Active Dental Hygiene License in Massachusetts.
  • Certification in Radiology.
  • Anesthesia Certification preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using OpenDental Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a plus.
