Dental Hygiene Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Incendia Partners.
Responsibilities:
* Perform dental hygiene procedures, including Prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planning, and Perio Charting.
* Take digital X-rays with the Schick system as required.
* Maintain and sterilize dental equipment.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
* Document patient treatment records accurately and timely in the EHR system.
* Assist the dentist with clinical procedures as needed.
* Maintain infection control protocols as per OSHA guidelines.
Requirements:
* Active Dental Hygiene License in Massachusetts.
* Certification in Radiology.
* Anesthesia Certification preferred, but not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using OpenDental Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a plus.
