This position involves routine cleaning of common areas, as well as specialized cleaning tasks as needed. Regular cleaning of resident rooms is also a key responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistent and high-quality cleaning services to residents and staff.
  • Adhere to the established housekeeping schedule and follow specific job routines.
  • Ensure that resident apartments and laundry facilities are maintained in a clean and sanitized condition.
  • Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and communicate any shortages to the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in all common areas.
  • Follow daily schedules to complete all assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to make sound decisions in the best interest of residents, demonstrate self-motivation, and work independently. Flexibility and the ability to collaborate with other staff and residents are essential, along with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
