Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Country Inn & Suites in Rochester. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Clean and set up guest rooms to the highest standards, including changing linens, removing trash and debris, and replenishing amenities.
  • Perform tasks in a cost-effective manner and within budgetary guidelines.
  • Report maintenance requests and lost and found items to the supervisor promptly.
  • Organize storage areas to ensure the quality of contents and maximize job efficiency.
  • Lock linen closets, linen chutes, and trash chutes to ensure maximum safety and security.
  • Acquire working knowledge of the property and all facilities to respond to guest questions effectively.
  • Understand and apply all hotel safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees and guests.
  • Keep the supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
