**Job Summary**

Grace Health is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, designing, developing, modifying, testing, implementing, evaluating, and maintaining information technologies to support clinical practice and business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Independently create and evaluate processes for the most efficient use of information systems and organizational resources.
  • Monitor and maintain user access for information systems.
  • Plan, design, test, implement, support, and analyze programs and software.
  • Manage and participate in projects and initiatives related to information systems.
  • Function as a point of contact for information systems training needs.

**Requirements**

  • Possess advanced work-related skills beyond completion of high school, including written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, mathematical, technical or healthcare-related knowledge frequently acquired through completion of an associate degree or licensed skilled trade program in information technology, para-profession, or practical business knowledge.
  • Familiarity with ambulatory dental and clinical workflows for specialties supported at Grace Health (i.e., documentation, charging, scheduling).
  • Familiarity with business workflows for retail services offered at Grace Health.
  • Must know all aspects of the trade as it is performed in the organization, sufficient to effectively train or instruct others, and to serve as a resource to employees.
  • Pharmacy experience preferred.

**Certifications**

  • NextGen Certified Professional (NCP) certification for NextGen Enterprise EHR. Certification required within 2 years of hire.
  • NextGen Certified Professional (NCP) certification for at least two of the following: NextGen Enterprise PM, NextGen PXP Portal, NextGen EDR, NextGen Document Management, and/or NextGen Virtual Visits. Certification required within 2 years of hire.
