Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead high-performing engineering teams focused on developing applications that deliver personalized experiences.
- Foster a results-driven culture emphasizing engineering excellence and scalability.
- Oversee medium to large-scale projects by interpreting project requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Design and construct scalable applications utilizing both on-premise and cloud services.
- Conduct benchmarking and testing, documenting findings and creating technical papers to share knowledge with peers.
- Provide architectural and engineering guidance to a large group of engineers on assigned projects.
- Mentor fellow engineers in microservices architecture and facilitate skill development.

Qualifications:
Extensive expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, complex data flows, and microservice architecture is essential. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, along with experience in distributed systems, is required. Familiarity with Event Driven Architecture patterns at scale is highly desirable.
A disciplined approach to development practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation, is expected. A passion for continuous improvement and learning new technologies is vital.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with front-end frameworks such as JavaScript, React Native, React, and Redux is advantageous. Knowledge of automation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines with microservices will be beneficial.
