Maintenance Technician II Job Description

The Maintenance Technician II is a key member of our facilities team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks, and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and JLGs.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and Soboba Casino Resort's safety policies.
  • Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) and related computer controls.
  • Perform special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum three to four years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
