Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Sudberry Properties, Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance duties to ensure the upkeep and enhancement of our properties.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure that maintenance requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform on-call emergency service as required.
  • Represent Sudberry Properties in a professional manner and maintain a positive businesslike attitude.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience at a 250+ unit property.
  • Experience in property management in a maintenance technician role.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or regulatory agencies.
