R&D Product Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled R&D Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a crucial role in designing new products, developing new technologies, and improving existing product lines.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a degree in Engineering and 3+ years of experience in New Product Introduction. They will be responsible for executing design analysis, evaluating assigned projects using sound engineering principles, and adhering to business standards and practices.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on actions, results, and adding value for customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good technical knowledge, solid problem-solving skills, and proficiency with CAD systems, including Solidworks.
