Position InformationThe Team Leader of the Cardiovascular Testing department will assist the department Manager and Supervisor in coordinating education and daily operations of the lab. This role will support staff to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the performance of procedure-related services.
Responsibilities- Assist in the coordination of education and daily operations of the lab
- Support staff to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies
- Act as a department resource in understanding normal and abnormal Cardiovascular anatomy/physiology and pathophysiology
- Demonstrate expertise in the use of Ultrasound equipment to visualize and record quality images of the Cardiovascular system
- 3 Years Clinical-Related Area Required
- 2 Years Leadership Preferred
- Graduate Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound Or Cardiac Ultrasound Or Cardiovascular Sonography Required
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field Preferred
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Or Registered Peripheral Vascular Technologist Required
- Basic Life Support And Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Preferred
