Molly Maid is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients in their homes. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $16.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance. You will have the opportunity to earn up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly, with the potential for additional earnings if you have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car.

Job Description

Your responsibilities as a Housekeeping Specialist will include:

  • Cleaning customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
  • Communicating with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
  • Managing the team's schedule and driving safely (if applicable)
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Complete a background check
  • Have physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
  • Be available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
  • Be bilingual preferred, able to communicate with clients
