About the Role

  • Assist patients with daily activities, including personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with a focus on personal care
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
