COMPETITIVE SALARY and BENEFITS PACKAGE: Please note that the compensation mentioned for this position reflects estimated salaries for comparable roles. Our actual pay scales are determined by your individual Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Growth Potential.
A $5000 BONUS will be awarded to Technicians who successfully complete the 90-day probationary period.
Comprehensive Pay and Benefits Package
This role involves conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, and repairing heavy equipment undercarriage components in both shop and field settings. The technician will work independently or collaboratively, handling the removal and installation of complete undercarriages, which consist of tracks, roller frames, rollers, idlers, and sprocket segments. A solid understanding of parts and equipment is essential.
The position also entails completing necessary documentation, including service reports and time entries on a laptop or computer, as well as work orders and other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
Applicants must possess their own hand tools, while special tools will be provided. A high school diploma is required, along with mechanical aptitude. A valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary. A company vehicle will be available for fieldwork.
