Production Machine Technician

Key ObjectivesWe are seeking versatile and skilled individuals who are adaptable and eager to contribute their expertise while acquiring new skills. The ideal candidates will possess the necessary qualifications to handle a variety of tasks and operate multiple machines under supervision.
ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation:
- Adhere to departmental protocols.
- Responsible for halting operations when product specifications are not met.
- Maintain vigilance for visual deviations and apply quality control principles.
- Keep accurate production records and may assist in organizing skids or pallets.
- Responsible for the disposal of waste materials, including scrap and cardboard.
- May perform packing duties, ensuring compliance with customer packing specifications and proper labeling.
- Assemble packing materials as needed.
- Engage in various benchwork tasks across departments, such as sorting and testing.
- Achieve 100% productivity rate
- Maintain 100% attendance
- Ensure 100% on-time delivery
- Aim for zero overdue tasks
- Strive for zero customer returns
- Adhere to company policies, environmental regulations, safety standards, and maintain cleanliness.
- Observe operational processes and suggest improvements.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- May assist in training or guiding other team members.
- Regular attendance is crucial for this role.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent skills.
- Basic mathematical abilities.
- Capability to comprehend and follow instructions.
- Ability to interpret written directives.
- Visual acuity (corrected) necessary for machine operation and inspection.
- Manual dexterity required for precision tasks involving machinery.
- Ability to lift items from lower to higher positions or move them horizontally.
- Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs without assistance.
