Your Role:

As the Lead Avionics Technician, you will be essential in guaranteeing the performance and dependability of our Avionics Mechanics. You will guide a skilled team of technicians and specialists, managing maintenance tasks for assigned personnel while ensuring the upkeep of our cutting-edge equipment. Your leadership and technical skills will be crucial in maintaining the effectiveness and reliability of our clients' aircraft, all while adhering to FAA regulations and standards.


• Supervise and collaborate with a small team of avionics mechanics and technicians to execute their responsibilities.


• Diagnose and repair all major electrical, communication, and navigation systems down to the component level using various testing equipment in both aircraft and workshop settings.


• Evaluate all repairs, determining independent methods and procedures to complete tasks efficiently.


• Act as a Relief Supervisor, taking on all supervisory duties in their absence.

Qualifications:


• High school diploma or GED is required. FAA Airframe Certification is mandatory.


• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the transport aircraft category.


• At least three (3) years of supervisory experience.


• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
