Shift: Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Position Overview:
The Production Associate plays a vital role in the manufacturing process, encompassing the creation, testing, and packaging of products in accordance with established guidelines and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing, assembly, and packaging tasks while adhering to detailed work instructions and schematics.
- Interpret and follow verbal and written directives to ensure accurate task completion.
- Maintain daily production records and output metrics.
- Uphold all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Quality Assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads, engineers, and management to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to EHS regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and equipment maintenance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or 6 months of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Proficient in understanding and executing verbal and written instructions.
- Basic mathematical skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Effective communication skills with peers and supervisors.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for operating machinery and equipment.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple statements.
- Sound decision-making skills and judgment.
