Clinical Program Manager

The Clinical Manager will oversee clinical programming across Set Free's residential programs, ensuring high-quality care for clients and families. This role requires a Master's degree in a related field and experience in substance abuse or mental health, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and supervise clinical programming for residential services, aligning with Set Free's policies, procedures, and budget.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, supervise, and evaluate clinical staff, including performance monitoring, growth goal development, and training.
- Treatment Team Participation: Facilitate clinical treatment team meetings and treatment reviews of client progress, adhering to Set Free's policies and CARF standards.
- Intervention Services: Provide intervention services telephonically or in person during scheduled work hours and after hours when scheduled in the on-call rotation.
- Discharge Planning: Oversee recommendations on discharges for clients, ensuring decisions are based on progress, lack of progress, and treatment needs.
- Counseling and Documentation: Prepare and conduct individual and group counseling sessions, and complete timely documentation for each therapeutic intervention and treatment plan review.
- Education: Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Chemical Dependency Counselor I certification or QAP equivalent, or the ability to acquire within three years of hire.
- Experience: Demonstrated track record of effectively supervising staff, with experience in substance abuse or mental health, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
- Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills, punctuality, and reliability; understanding of trauma-informed care and cultural differences; ability to lead a team, represent the company mission and values, and make leadership decisions.
