Caregiver / Direct Support Professional

At Redwood Family Care Network, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and advocacy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living assistance, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication management and administration.
- Encourage and support individuals in their personal goals and aspirations.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid California driver's license.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
