Role Overview
As an eDiscovery Program Coordinator, you will be instrumental in overseeing the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of client-focused eDiscovery projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies and objectives. Acting as the primary contact and advocate for clients within Nextpoint, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining these vital relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a background in eDiscovery software and project management. Strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and exceptional organizational abilities are essential for success in this role. As the liaison between clients and the Nextpoint team, you will significantly contribute to the future and success of our organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to analyze and solve problems in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Platform is a plus
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with high-profile clients
- Experience in strategic planning and budgeting
- Legal and/or e-discovery experience preferred
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software
- 2+ years of experience in project management or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS, technology, e-discovery, or consulting environment
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed objectives
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule and travel to client sites as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
Key Responsibilities
- Manage documents within an eDiscovery database, including organization, searching, importing, and production
- Assist clients in understanding the capabilities of our software and service offerings
- Consult with clients on project-specific objectives and develop tailored solutions
- Lead and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables for both clients and internal teams
- Define project tasks and resource requirements, coordinating project staff as necessary
- Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Regularly report on project progress, including hours, expenses, and budget consumption
- Evaluate project deliverables to ensure quality and client acceptance
- Seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen relationships by understanding each client's business and objectives
- Prepare reports on project quality, client satisfaction, and success metrics
- Communicate the implications of changes to project scope and objectives to clients and the project team
- Act as an internal stakeholder for client projects
