Position Overview:
The Senior Maintenance Technician will collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager to provide essential support to the DSC/CTS Maintenance team.

This role is critical in ensuring that our DSC Warehouse and CTS Fleet operate under the safest conditions, adhering to all DOT regulations while maintaining a professional appearance.

All issues related to CTS and DSC must be addressed with careful consideration of budgetary constraints, environmental impact, and safety protocols.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


This position is also eligible for performance-based bonuses, subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

As a VEVRAA Federal Contractor, Sherwin-Williams requests state and local employment services delivery systems to provide priority referral of Protected Veterans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute various purchasing and administrative functions for the DSC and CTS, including scheduling deliveries and maintaining inventory levels.
- Organize and manage inventory storerooms, maintain purchasing records, and handle the disposition of obsolete or surplus materials.
- Generate and complete purchase orders, address vendor invoicing errors, and ensure adherence to monthly budgets.
- Oversee weekly work order scheduling using system-generated work orders and manage work requests.
- Maintain PWCI CI goals and RX monthly scorecard, adding and removing assets and activities to eAM to meet site needs.
- Ensure the DSC/CTS Fleet operates safely, prioritizing fleet uptime to meet customer service standards.
- Assist mechanics as needed and communicate effectively with all operations through meetings and emails.
- Ensure compliance with all fleet FHWA (Federal Highway Administration) inspections.
- Supervise trailer repairs and tire work, ensuring safety and timely completion.
- Maintain appropriate levels of CTS/DSC inventory daily.
- Participate in monthly Reliability Excellence (Rx) training updates to support continuous improvement.
- Engage in monthly Safety training updates to enhance safety practices.
- Uphold the highest safety standards in all job-related duties within the CTS and DSC departments.


Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of work experience in maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of warehouse maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with the eAM system (Enterprise Asset Management).
- Experience with basic trailer repairs and tire maintenance.
