Job Overview

The primary responsibilities of the Retail Associate include:

Customer Engagement: Welcoming, assisting, and providing support to customers throughout the store.

Service Excellence: Responding to customer inquiries and guiding them to appropriate personnel when necessary.

Transaction Management: Operating the cash register to process sales, handle payments, and ensure accurate change is given.

Donation Processing: Receiving and organizing donations for display, which involves sorting items, replenishing shelves, and arranging clothing.

Store Maintenance: Upholding a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment through routine housekeeping and merchandise organization.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of one year of experience in retail is preferred.

- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

- Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, and frequent bending or stretching.

- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

- A friendly, approachable demeanor with reliability.

This position is part-time, offering up to 28 hours per week. Candidates must successfully pass required background checks. Equal Opportunity Employer.
