Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Retail Department Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure timely and accurate processing of merchandise.
  • Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
  • Communicate effectively with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
  • Monitor productivity of the team and provide coaching as necessary.
  • Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment.
  • Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
  • Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
  • Provide accurate and timely progress updates to management.
Requirements
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
What We Offer

Marshalls offers a competitive starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
