- 10+ years healthcare experience, preferably in the transplant area, with experience working in industry for a pharmaceutical or medical device/diagnostics company.">
- 7+ years dynamic people management experience, including forming teams and processes.">
- Demonstrated results growing clinical demand generation and scientific engagement from various customer groups.">
- A strong network of Key Opinion Leaders.">
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment.">
