About the Role:

As a Certified Medication Aide, you will assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring, responding to their needs compassionately. You will use excellent communication skills to report changes and updates on resident conditions. Additionally, you will coach and lead other care department team members on your shift.

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be certified as a Medication Aide (CMA).
