About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Oncology Nurse Specialist to join our team at Williamson Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our patients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in medical oncology and be able to coordinate and implement effective nursing care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure timely and accurate service. Your expertise in assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans will be essential in providing holistic patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement nursing care plans for patients with medical oncology conditions
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A nursing diploma or degree from a recognized institution
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • Experience working in medical oncology or a related field
