Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation packages, including an estimated $22.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for healthcare benefits, 401k plans with company match, paid drive time, and mileage reimbursement.

Job Summary
This role involves implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisors (PS).

Your Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, following the behavior intervention plan developed by BCBAs and PS.
• Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies outlined in the individualized treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
• Attend ongoing training and meetings to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required
• Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive and team-player attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
