Pediatric Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at Ensemble Therapy. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physical therapy services to children and adolescents.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is approximately $72,500 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Execute individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist supervisor.
- Regularly reassess clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals, and openly communicate findings to the supervisor.
- Complete necessary documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using the Company's electronic record system within expected timeframes.
- Educate patients and their families about the recovery process and potential challenges.
- Meet minimum utilization goals and other business objectives as required.
- Prior experience working with pediatric patients, particularly those with multiple diagnoses, is highly valued.
- A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
- Current knowledge of treatment practices and a willingness to learn new approaches that benefit patients are essential.
- Ability to complete physical therapy treatments both in-person and via telehealth (if clinically appropriate) is necessary.
- Strong desire to work with a diverse range of pediatric patients is crucial.
